A custom quote: services, margin, deposit, sent by email or WhatsApp, client approval, then invoice.

Your quotes, sorted by status: draft, sent, accepted, confirmed or lost. Click "Custom Quote", give the trip a subject, then pick the client. The travelers: two adults. The passport can be scanned now, or entered later. Then the services. First a hotel in Makkah, five nights, with purchase price and selling price.
The margin is calculated right away. You can also sell on commission. Add Madinah, then the flight, and the visa for both travelers. A 30% deposit. On the right, the total and the margin. Create the quote. The quote is created, as a draft. The PDF preview is generated in one click.
To send it: the PDF and an acceptance link go out by email or by WhatsApp. The client says yes over the phone? Record their approval. The quote is accepted. One click creates the invoice, with nothing to retype. The invoice is ready, and the quote is confirmed.
