No — pilgrims of touristic nationalities (UK, France, USA, Canada, Australia and 60+ other countries) can't use Nusuk. They travel to Saudi Arabia on the KSA tourist e-visa (visitsaudi.com), which since 2019 explicitly allows Umrah outside Hajj season. OmraDesk handles both flows: Nusuk for eligible nationalities, tourist e-visa for the rest, and picks the correct route based on the scanned passport nationality.
