A PNR is your airline ticket booking. OmraDesk knows how to read it. In a custom quote, you add a Flight service, then choose to import a PNR. You paste the PNR display, exactly as it comes out of your booking tool. One click, and OmraDesk reads it all: the three flights, the times, the passengers and the PNR number.
