What the video says
Filmed on the real software, with sample data. The screens are in French.
A charter block is a set of airline seats bought in advance from a carrier. From the list, you create it by hand, or you import a PNR. You enter the airline, the season, the contract currency and who is in charge. Then the flight segments: outbound and return, with airports, dates, times and flight numbers.
Next, capacity: the number of seats, the cost per passenger, the taxes and the contract's fixed fees. Finally, the terms: sales opening, deadlines, deposit, guaranteed minimum and cancellation policy. One last look at the summary, and you create the block. The block is created: its seats are ready to be attached to an offer.
