Hotel allotment

Block rooms in advance at a hotel, at a negotiated rate.

What the video says

Filmed on the real software, with sample data. The screens are in French.

An allotment is a block of rooms you reserve in advance at a hotel, at a negotiated rate. You pick the hotel from the directory, then the supplier, and the contract currency. Then, for each room type: the number of rooms blocked, the minimum commitment, and the price per night.

The total adds up on its own: eighty rooms blocked, and the value of the contract. Next, you set the child policy, the tourist tax, the validity dates and the cancellation terms. A summary lets you review everything before creating the allotment. One click to confirm.

And there it is: the allotment is created, with its room inventory and its release deadlines.
