To create an offer, three ways: build it yourself, import a PNR and hotels, or import a supplier brochure. You can also duplicate a recent offer: same hotels, same flights, just pick the new date. Here, a custom offer: everything is built on a single page, saved automatically.

Start with the name, then the dates. The calendar flags available allotments and religious holidays. The right panel checks the offer live and lists what still blocks the sale. In the itinerary, you choose where the stay begins: here, Makkah. For flights, pick from the charter block we just created: both legs fill in on their own.

Same idea for lodging: you attach the allotments. The Swissôtel in Makkah, the Anwar Al Madinah in Madinah. For pricing, you enter the all-inclusive rate per room type, with the visa as an add-on. The margin is calculated right away, from the charter and hotel costs.

Before publishing, OmraDesk checks every point: title, dates, hotels, price, allotments and itinerary. You confirm the publication. And there it is: the offer is on sale. You'll find it in the catalog, with its available spots.
