Your data: GDPR, storage, import and export

Sensitive documents blurred, access log, controlled deletion, bulk imports and exports.

What the video says

Filmed on the real software, with sample data. The screens are in French.

Your pilgrims trust you with their data. Login page: GDPR compliant, hosted in Europe, encryption, access log. Each contact has their consent. Unsubscribed, they're left out of automatic sends. A STOP on WhatsApp is enough. The GDPR page sets out pilgrims' rights: access through the PDF export of the record, correction on the record.

Once off their offers, the trash opens permanent deletion: summary, confirmation word, then thirty days before purge. The vault holds passports, photos, visas and generated documents. Sensitive items are blurred by default. "Show sensitive" displays them for one minute.

Every view and every download enters the access log: who, what, when. In a pilgrim's booking, the Vault tab separates permanent documents from those of each trip. To import contacts, drop in an Excel or CSV file: the columns are recognized, then checked in four steps.

Validation counts valid rows, duplicates and errors. Nothing is created without your confirmation. In an offer, a batch of passports can be imported in bulk. Visa PDFs and brochures have their own import too. Export: photos as ZIP, passports as ZIP or PDF, pilgrims and visas as CSV for Excel, documents in batches.

Every export is logged in the activity log. One click in an offer: rooming list, airline manifest, hotel listing. That listing has no prices and no emails. Payments received can also be exported as CSV.
