Branches, resellers and roles
Your branches, your resellers and their commissions, then each team member's permissions.
What the video says
Filmed on the real software, with sample data. The screens are in French.
In Settings, you organize your agency: branches, team and roles. A branch is a point of sale, with its own team, its bookings and its cash register. Its profile shows contact details, network share, earnings on each sale, its registers and agents. To open another one, a single button: a name, a city, and a cash register.
Your resellers, those partner agencies, are under Marketing, in the Resellers card. You track their sales, their commission rate, and what they are still owed. Their profile shows their portal, their sales, and the bookings they brought, with commission. The contract sets the commission and the credit limit.
One button settles what's owed. And to bring on a partner, just one button. Now the team, still in Settings: one card per member, with their role and their branch. The Permissions button opens their permissions: those of their role, adjustable one by one. Create a booking, take payments, view passports: each right is granted or removed.
Suspend cuts off access. To bring someone on board: Invite a User. Name, email, role, and for an agent, their branch. Six roles: administrator, branch agent and four department roles.
