Issued visas arrive by email, in a dedicated inbox that is monitored around the clock. At the top: today's visas, those awaiting approval, and the automatic matching rate. For this demo, we simulate the arrival of a visa email. The assistant reads the email, then matches the visa to the right pilgrim, with no typing at all.

The document is kept, along with its visa number. In the pilgrim's record, the visa is granted, and the received email is logged. The visa PDF is filed in their vault.
