Everything visa-related runs from one place. The hub brings together all your pilgrims, with its indicators. On the left, filter by offer, by supplier and by status. Each pilgrim has a status: pending, ready to send, visa received, to complete. To apply for visas, you start from the offer, in its Visa tab.
One click on "Send Visa", and the window opens. On one side, the nationalities that go through Nusuk. On the other, those eligible for the eVisa: the route depends on nationality. An incomplete application stays grayed out, with what's missing: the Arabic name, the photo.
Complete applications are already checked. You adjust in one click. Before sending, OmraDesk checks each application: fields, passport, dates and documents. Ready ones on one side, those to fix on the other, with the reason. Sending then goes through the tool installed in your browser.
Here, we close without sending.
