Registration by link

Each offer can have a registration link, in the Itinerary and Website tab. One click on "Activate Registration Link": it's ready. You copy it, then share it wherever you like. Here's what the pilgrim sees: the offer, the hotels, the flights, the itinerary and the prices.

They leave their phone number and email. Then they scan their passport. The AI reads the page, and the traveler is added. Name, date of birth, passport number: it's all picked up. They choose their room option. They review the summary, accept the terms, and submit.

The registration is sent. The pilgrim sees their next steps, with the deposit dates. Agency side, the booking is already in the pilgrim's name. Nothing to retype. The agency is even notified. One link, and your travelers register themselves.
