Here's your field team: one card per group leader or guide. At the top: this month's departures, those still to staff, and the papers to check. Each card shows the role, the languages, the skills, the passport and the visa. And the next eight weeks: in dark green, those already assigned to a departure.

Search by name, by language or by skill. Filters single out who is free, traveling or unavailable. The monthly schedule shows each departure, its team, and what's still missing. The profile gathers the languages, the skills, the passport and the visa. People fill in their own profile through the link.

Nothing shows on the schedule until you approve. Finally, Assign to Departure suggests the departures where that person is free.
