An offer's Field tab gathers group leaders, roll calls, absentees, incident reports and documents. From a staff member's profile, you choose the phone language and you create their link. It's shown only once: it's up to you to pass it on to them, however you like.

Then, from the Field tab, you invite that person on the trip: it's added to their space. Here's their phone: they open their link, no account needed. At roll call, a simple tap on the photo marks the pilgrim present. The Pilgrims, Places, Documents and Trip tabs gather the essentials.

And the Report an Incident button alerts the agency right away.
