Notifications are set up in the settings: automations, sending log and templates. An automation links a booking event to a message template. The message goes out by itself. French WhatsApp automations turn on in one click: booking approval, payment, tracking link.
Not here. The log keeps track of every message: sent, delivered, read or failed. In this demo account, nothing sent yet. Templates are reusable messages with variables, for WhatsApp, email or SMS. Empty list in this account.
